Evidence showed that England would groom the victims and would gain their trust and the trust of their families. Some of the victims did not even know each other but gave consistent accounts describing the grooming tactics utilized by England.
“This offender abused his position of authority and used it to victimize children. He did unspeakable things to these young girls. He has now been convicted of raping an eight-year-old and molesting two others who were not much older than that. Thanks to the bravery of his victims, England will never be free to harm more children,” said District Attorney Tommy Humphries. “Our law enforcement partners at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) did a marvelous job investigating this case thoroughly so that our team could present a compelling case to the Court.”
